Understand the Stakeout / PI workflow
Use this guide for Stakeout and PI field assignments inside Pizzazz Serve.
Open the right company
Sign in and open the company workspace for this assignment. Administrators and clients can create requests. The administrator assigns an existing company administrator or process-server account to carry out the work.
Look for: Stakeout / PI Jobs
Follow the assignment stages
A new request starts as Requested. Assignment moves it to In Progress. Submitted findings wait for administrator review, then approved findings wait for client approval before completion.
Look for: Active / For Review / Completed / All
Know what the client sees
Arrival check-ins, posted photos, progress notes and recorded locations are shared with the linked client and administrator. Final findings and the report PDF appear for the client only after administrator release. Internal report notes stay out of the client view.

A linked service job keeps its own status, evidence and proof. Stakeout / PI has its own visit and report workflow.
