Review and release the report
Administrators check the findings before releasing the final report to the client.
Open work awaiting review
Open Stakeout / PI Jobs → For Review and select the assignment. Read the outcome, final summary and report PDF alongside Field Visits & Photos. Check that the report is accurate and appropriate for this client.
Look for: For Review
Return a correction or release the result
For changes, enter Correction notes and choose Return for Correction. The assignment returns to In Progress for the worker to revise and resubmit. When ready, select the review confirmation and choose Approve & Release to Client.

Follow final completion
After release, the client can review the result and choose Accept Report & Complete. If the administrator completes it on the client’s behalf, enter the required reason before selecting Complete on Client’s Behalf.

Internal notes remain hidden from the client. Shared visit updates are already visible during field work; final findings and reports require this release step.
